This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the Piese-BYD.md online store and for purchasing the products sold by Rusal Grup SRL. Using the site and placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
Article 1 – Seller identification. Seller: Rusal Grup SRL, tax code 1010603001325, registered office in Chișinău, str. Uzinelor 5, Republic of Moldova. Contact: phone 068003366, email rusalgrup@gmail.com.
Article 2 – Subject of the contract. Rusal Grup SRL sells, through the website, original and compatible replacement parts for BYD vehicles, organized by model and system, with description, OEM code, and price shown on each product page.
Article 3 – Prices and payment. All prices shown on the site are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT, in accordance with applicable law. Prices may change without prior notice; such changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout (cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other methods indicated on the site).
Article 4 – The order. An order placed through the site constitutes a purchase offer from the customer. The contract is considered concluded when Rusal Grup SRL confirms the order (by phone, email, or on the site).
Article 5 – Delivery. Delivery is carried out within the Republic of Moldova, by courier or partner transport companies, within the timeframes communicated at order confirmation. Delivery cost and time may vary depending on location and product availability.
Article 6 – Warranty and compliance. Products sold benefit from the warranties provided under Moldovan consumer protection law. For any product with manufacturing defects, the customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund, in accordance with the law.
Article 7 – Liability. Rusal Grup SRL is not liable for indirect damages caused by incorrect use of the products or their installation by unauthorized persons. Part compatibility with the customer’s vehicle must be verified before ordering, using the OEM code and the technical data provided.
Article 8 – Intellectual property. The site’s content (text, images, logo, catalog structure) is the property of Rusal Grup SRL and may not be reproduced without the company’s written consent.
Article 9 – Disputes. Any dispute arising from the use of the site or a sales contract shall be settled amicably, or failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, in accordance with applicable law.
Article 10 – Changes to the terms. Rusal Grup SRL reserves the right to update these terms and conditions; the version published on the site at the time the order is placed shall apply.
