This return policy applies to all products sold through the Piese-BYD.md online store, operated by Rusal Grup SRL, and complies with Moldovan consumer protection legislation.
Article 1 – Right of return. The buyer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason.
Article 2 – Return conditions. The product must be returned uninstalled, unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories, labels, and documents included (invoice, warranty), so that the part can be resold.
Article 3 – Exceptions. Parts installed on the vehicle, electrical/electronic products with opened safety packaging, and products made or ordered specially at the customer’s request cannot be returned.
Article 4 – Return procedure. The buyer must notify their intent to return by phone (068003366) or email (rusalgrup@gmail.com), after which the product is shipped or delivered to the Rusal Grup SRL office, Chișinău, str. Uzinelor 5.
Article 5 – Refund. Amounts paid are refunded within a maximum of 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Article 6 – Defective or non-conforming products. If the delivered product is defective or does not match the order, Rusal Grup SRL ensures replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
